• Account details – email address for sign-in links and feedback delivery.
• Session data – audio, text transcripts, and feedback generated during interviews.
• Technical data – browser type, device, and session timing from hosting logs.

We do not collect payment or advertising data.

3. How we use your data

• To run live interviews and generate feedback.
• To improve interview quality and reliability.
• To maintain security and prevent misuse.

We do not sell or share data for marketing.

4. How we store and process data

• Stored securely through Supabase (EU servers) and processed by OpenAI LLC to power our AI tutor.
• Providers comply with GDPR and industry-standard security practices.
• We retain session data only as long as necessary to operate and improve the service, after which it may be deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may:

• Request a copy of your data.
• Ask for correction or deletion.
• Withdraw consent for processing.

6. Children

Arthur is designed for students aged 16 and above.
If you're under 16, use Arthur only with a parent or guardian's consent.
